Carolina contributes a specialised insight into human resources, utilising her experience in HR operations, procedures and the most current practices to maximise the potential of your business.
With over seven years’ experience assisting companies on a wide range of requirements, from outsourcing candidates and career development, to staff retention and contractor liaison, she is expertly prepared to provide all necessary training.
Carolina is a key component in the management of our HR Matters App and boasts outstanding communication and consulting skills, together with her expertise in research and analysis she is the perfect addition to our team at HR Matters.
Stephanie provides an expert customer service quality necessary for all business’ by ensuring an organisation’s human capitol serves the best interests of the company.
Specialising in customer liaison and file management, Stephanie manages the daily operations of the business, from reviewing and updating contracts to providing expert training on the HR Matters app as well as our partner apps.
